• You already have at least 6 months of experience in logistics

• You have experience with Word, Excel, WMS, and using PC/Printers or scanners.

Working in the VAS department is highly dynamic and diverse, consisting of several specialized sub-departments. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Pre-installation: Unpacking, testing, and configuring printers to make them "plug-and-play" according to customer specifications.
• Returns: Checking returned items for damage or defects, repairing or replacing boxes, and processing items digitally.
• Damages: Inspecting inbound and warehouse damages and repairing packaging to ensure items can return to stock quickly.
• Communication: Handling daily communication with our customer KYOCERA regarding the status of returned items.
• Warehouse Support: Assisting other departments when needed and maintaining a structured, clean workspace following 5S guidelines.
