We are looking for a sharp, multilingual Channel Operations Specialist to become the go-to person for our partner network! In this role, you’ll be the ultimate multitasker: one moment you’re onboarding a new partner and building long-term relationships, the next you’re diving into Excel to turn sales data into growth strategies.

  • A Partner Champion: You act as the main point of contact, managing onboarding and maintaining strong daily communication with channel partners.
  • Operational & Analytical: You are highly organized in managing contracts and workflows, and proficient in Excel/BI tools for tracking performance and market trends.
  • Execution-Focused: You plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, ensuring every marketing strategy is executed with high efficiency.
  • Qualified & Multilingual: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (0–3 years of experience) and are fluent in English and Chinese.

As a Channel Operations Specialist, you are the backbone of our partner network. You combine relationship management with operational excellence to ensure our sales channels run smoothly and grow consistently.

  • Partner Management: Act as the first point of contact for channel partners, guiding them through onboarding and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute promotional activities, while tracking performance metrics to ensure marketing strategies are effective across all channels.
  • Process Optimization: Oversee the full operational workflow—from contract management and order processing to incentive settlements—to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor sales data and market trends to provide regular reports and actionable insights that optimize channel performance.
  • Strategic Support: Use your fluency in English and Chinese to bridge communication gaps and align international strategies with local execution.
