Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team and provide crucial assistance to our senior sales professionals.

This is a full-time, Temp to Perm position located in 's-Hertogenbosch.

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison across various departments, ensuring efficient customer order management and providing essential product information. • High School Diploma required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in the technology industry is advantageous.
• Proven experience in data entry, production scheduling, and order tracking.
• Excellent professional communication skills, including phone, written (email), and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and direct client interaction, with strong problem-solving skills.
• A consistent record of meeting or exceeding job expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.

• Maintain sales accounts and provide technical and administrative product details to clients.
• Process daily sales orders and perform data entry with accuracy.
• Generate daily performance reports for clients
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing regarding estimated times of arrival.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with intra-company project coordination between sales and other departments.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding order status, manage credit issues, and process returns.
• Develop and maintain strong customer service relationships.
