• you are available full-time during the months of June, July, and August
• you are able to quickly learn new systems

As a team leader, your primary responsibilities are managing and motivating the warehouse team. Together, you’ll ensure that all schoolbooks are efficiently collected, sorted, and shipped. The summer season is the busiest time of the year. Help us keep this process running smoothly and efficiently! 📚

Key responsibilities:

• managing and coaching a team of logistics staff;
• monitoring progress and ensuring that set goals are met;
• resolving bottlenecks and adapting quickly during peak periods;
• improving operational processes;
• accurately processing administrative tasks;
• fostering a pleasant and motivating work environment.

At VanDijk, you’ll be working in the warehouse of one of the largest schoolbook suppliers in the Netherlands. All schoolbooks for high school students are shipped from Kampen.

There’s a large terrace where you can relax in the sun during breaks. There’s also a cafeteria with delicious sandwiches. Transportation? Taken care of! A free bus runs to and from Kampen. And the best part is that you’ll get to meet lots of new people!
