At VanDijk in Kampen, we’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented team leader. Are you good at keeping track of everything? And do you meet the following requirements? Then we’re looking for you!
- you perform well under pressure
- you are resilient and able to adapt quickly
- you are a natural team leader with experience in similar roles
- you are available full-time during the months of June, July, and August
- you are able to quickly learn new systems
As a team leader, you’ll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of warehouse staff at our logistics center. Together, you’ll ensure that schoolbooks are collected, sorted, and shipped out efficiently. The summer is our busiest time of year. Will you help us keep the process running smoothly and efficiently? 😃📚
Your responsibilities:
- managing and coaching a team of logistics staff
- monitoring progress and ensuring that set goals are met
- resolving any bottlenecks and adapting quickly during peak periods
- assisting in resolving operational bottlenecks and improving processes
- accurately handling administrative tasks
- creating a pleasant and motivating work environment
At VanDijk, you’ll be working in the warehouse of one of the largest schoolbook suppliers in the Netherlands. All schoolbooks for high school students are shipped from Kampen.
There’s a large terrace where you can relax in the sun during breaks. There’s also a cafeteria with delicious sandwiches. Transportation? Taken care of! A free bus runs to and from Kampen. And the best part is that you’ll get to meet lots of new people!
