As a logistics coordinator, you must meet the following requirements:
- you have experience in a managerial role within logistics (or a similar sector)
- you excel at planning and organizing
- you learn quickly how to work with new systems
- you are available full-time during the months of June, July, and August
- you are able to work with targets and deadlines
- you are available full-time for two-shift work
At VanDijk in Kampen, the workday begins with an overview of the entire warehouse. Together with the team leaders, we ensure that all processes run smoothly and that daily goals are met. Thanks to smart planning, everything runs like clockwork, even during the busy summer months when the workload increases. There is a keen focus on targets, ensuring that every department can perform at its best. In this dynamic environment, an experienced professional is needed who can keep a cool head and work in a results-oriented manner. The job revolves around coaching the teams, as well as immediately resolving bottlenecks and ensuring a safe, productive workflow for everyone. 🌟
The work is performed in a 2-shift rotation with the following hours:
- morning shift: 7:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- evening shift: 3:00 PM – 10:45 PM
At VanDijk, you’ll be working in the warehouse of one of the largest schoolbook suppliers in the Netherlands. All schoolbooks for high school students are shipped from Kampen.
There’s a large terrace where you can relax in the sun during your break. There’s also a cafeteria with delicious sandwiches. Transportation? Taken care of! A free bus runs to and from Kampen. And the best part is that you’ll get to meet lots of new people along the way!
