Receptionist

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center is looking for an enthusiastic receptionist who ensures a warm and professional welcome in a safe workplace during, and after office hours. • Fluent command of the English language (both written and spoken);
• Good skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word (Microsoft Office 365);
• Problem-solving mindset;
• Good communication and hospitality skills;
• Available on weekdays between 16:00 and 20:00;
• Good listening and conversational skills.

As a receptionist, you welcome visitors in a hospitable and warm manner. It is a dynamic job where you perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Multitasking is no problem for you; you easily switch between reading, making phone calls, taking notes, and taking action. Presentability and hospitality suit you, as you are the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and colleagues upon arrival. Continuity and reliability are also very important. You also provide support regarding Emergency Response (BHV). Do you have no BHV experience yet? No problem! You can obtain your BHV certificate at Mercedes' expense!

• Emergency Response support to the company and/or willingness to obtain an Emergency Response certificate;
• Responsible for the adequate distribution of internal company emergency calls;
• Answering incoming calls and/or forwarding them to the appropriate departments;
• Proactively welcoming employees, suppliers, and visitors;
• Responsible for the reception;
• Handling and distributing incoming emails;
• Administrative support for the Facility Service Point.

At the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center, 42 different nationalities ensure diversity and enrichment of an organization committed to satisfied customers. You will work at the Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht, close to the Maas River and the city center. It is less than a 1.5 km walk from the station and is also easily accessible by public transport or bicycle. There is also free parking available on site. And don't forget a cozy company canteen and a barista!
