We’re searching for a passionate Quality, Content & Compliance Specialist to elevate the Nike Digital Consumer Care experience. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind creating premium, seamless interactions for our consumers by empowering contact center teams with the right tools, knowledge, and processes.
You combine consumer insights, quality assurance, and departmental planning to shape how we serve millions of athletes worldwide. If you thrive on solving problems, setting high standards, and influencing the future of digital service, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content design.
- Proven experience within a contact center.
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for AI technology.
- Experience with process-driven methods like Lean.
- Ability to analyze complex data and trends.
