  • You have at least 3 years of leadership experience and are very capable.
  • You hold a completed MBO+/HBO degree in Logistics, Transport, or a similar relevant field.
  • You are flexible and willing to rotate or assist at our locations in Doetinchem and ’s-Heerenberg.
  • You have excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
  • Food knowledge, such as Food-grade warehousing and HACCP, BRC, or IFS, is a big advantage.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you are the operational leader and point of contact for your team of 15-20 employees. Your main task: ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently within our Food Warehouse – always prioritizing compliance with food safety guidelines (HACCP, BRC, IFS). You are directly responsible for daily management, planning, and creating a positive work atmosphere. But you go further: you are a Team Coach who sees talents, develops colleagues, and leads structural meetings. You have a passion for process optimization (LEAN), analyze, propose improvements, contribute to long-term goals with the Warehouse Manager, and meticulously manage forecasting and staffing.
