• Technical Experience: You have experience as an assembly worker, mechanic, or in a similar technical role
• Language Skills: You speak Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Technical Insight: Basic knowledge of technical drawings is useful but not a dealbreaker. If you don't have it yet, we will guide you.
• A Heart for Machinery: You enjoy the hands-on process of building and fine-tuning large vehicles.

As an assembly mechanic, your main job will be putting together modern tractors for the agricultural industry. The work includes both mechanical and simple electrical tasks. You will work with technical drawings. Being able to read and understand these drawings is important.

Your day will begin with a team meeting where they will share tasks, and then you will start working. You will work closely with your teammates to make sure the tractors meet high-quality standards.

• Assembling new tractors, including mechanical tasks and basic electrical work such as installing lighting or mounting tires;
• Reading and understanding technical drawings and instructions for the work;
• Checking the quality of parts and assemblies, and reporting any issues;
• Reporting any deviations in parts or assemblies so you can resolve any issues quickly.
