- You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands;
- You currently live in the Netherlands, no accomodation;
- You speak English on C1 level or more;
- You speak German, French or Italian on C1 level or more;
- You are available for 40 hours a week;
- You have successfully built and maintained strong customer relationships.
As a customer service representative in our company, you play a pivotal role in delivering service for cutting-edge "high-tech" products in our repair center. You'll address inquiries and resolve complaints about our products, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll assist in processing item returns and maintain customer relationships via live chat, phone, or email. Your responsibilities also include handling payment-related matters.
- Handling complaints/questions about orders;
- Support the returns process;
- Managing customer relationships via live chat, telephone and email;
- Offer and payment-related business handling.
