- Communication: You speak fluent English or Dutch.
- Experience: You have previous experience in a leadership role (or the clear ambition and aptitude to take on this responsibility).
- Flexibility: You are available for 2 or 3 shifts and don't mind working the occasional Sunday.

As the Assistant Team Lead, you are the right hand of the Team Leader. You don't just sit in an office; you are on the floor, where the action happens.
- Lead & Motivate: Guide and coach a team of up to 50 employees to reach their daily targets.
- Operational Excellence: Keep a birds-eye view of the outbound process and ensure everyone knows their priorities.
- Hands-on Support: Work alongside your team to understand bottlenecks and solve them in real-time.
- Quality Control: Recognize what is going well and identify areas for improvement to maintain our high service standards.
