Acting as the central liaison between Business and Technology, you navigate operational challenges and deliver clear management reporting to senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end migration and delivery of the updated TM Case Management workflow.
- Provide independent insights, proactive problem-solving, and executive management reporting.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for stakeholders, offering deep domain advice.
- Collaborate closely with operational TM teams to understand and resolve daily challenges.

You are successful if:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree with 10–15 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 5–10 years of experience.
- You have proven work experience at a major Dutch bank within the Compliance & Risk domain.
- You have extensive experience leading Business Change and complex platform migrations within a matrix organization.
- You possess fluent professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
