Assignment description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Savings Delivery

Manage and track financial savings related to project deliverables (specifically supporting the "50-50-100" initiative).

Analyze financial data from the procurement side to ensure cost-efficiency targets are met.

2. Transition & Transformation Support

Support the overall management of the current organizational transformation.

Facilitate the smooth transition of the coffee operating unit to its new structure.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage change and minimize operational disruption.

3. Operational Procurement Support

Provide day-to-day procurement support, aligned with the responsibilities of the wider Procurement Business Partner team.

Ensure clear segregation of duties while collaborating closely with existing team members on overlapping tasks.

Required skills and experience:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex data while maintaining a strategic perspective

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in SAP and highly skilled in Office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI

Adaptability in a multicultural environment with experience working across diverse teams and regions

Ability to perform under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering results in fast-paced situations

Strong financial acumen with experience in tracking and delivering procurement savings.

Project management or transition support experience within a corporate environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
