We have a new vacancy for a Test Coordinator | Stockholm Bypass at our client - Yunex Traffic BV.
As the Test Coordinator | Stockholm Bypass, you are the linchpin for technical validation. You are not only responsible for the Yunex Traffic technical scope but also for coordinating testing across our external partners. The tunnel control system governs critical subsystems, including power, ventilation, and traffic signals; therefore, you will be the point of contact for integrating and verifying these requirements.
You will manage the execution of Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) and Integrated Site Acceptance Tests (iSATs) at an unprecedented scale. Your challenge? Navigating the massive size of the infrastructure, coordinating huge volumes of tests, and solving the complex technical hurdles that come with a project of this magnitude.
About the Project
The Stockholm Bypass (Förbifart Stockholm) is one of Europe’s most ambitious infrastructure projects: a new 21 km motorway connecting the northern and southern parts of the capital. With 18 km running through tunnels, it will be one of the longest road tunnels in the world once completed. By 2035, the Swedish Transport Administration estimates 140,000 vehicles will rely on this route daily. Yunex Traffic is the automation partner responsible for the tunnel control systems, traffic safety, and monitoring. We are now expanding our on-site team for the southern section of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Testing Operations: Oversee day-to-day testing activities within the tunnel, ensuring all technical requirements are verified.
- Cross-Contractor Coordination: Work in tandem with the Test Coordinator from our partner, Eltel, to divide responsibilities and ensure seamless integration between systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate regular on-site meetings with the Yunex project team, our partners, and the customer. You are a bridge-builder who excels in complex team environments.
- Quality Assurance: Report on project metrics, monitor test coverage, and manage projections to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance.
- Technical Documentation: Coordinate the delivery of comprehensive test reports and ensure all documentation meets strict project standards.

You are a technical professional who thrives on complexity and scale. You understand that, in a tunnel of this size, success depends as much on robust engineering as it does on clear communication and relationship building. You know how to motivate internal teams and align external contractors to reach common goals.
- We require extensive working experience in an engineering environment, of which at least 5 years in the field of test coordination or on site installation in large technical projects;
- You are someone who naturally connects people and tasks
- You preferably have working experience with technical tunnel installations or automation/digitalization of any sort
- You master English and Swedish fluently
