As a Logistic Process Engineer in the warehouse of a global leader in high-tech innovation located in the Veldhoven area, you will play a key role in optimizing our logistic operations and driving structural improvements for your department. Working directly within this advanced warehouse environment, Logistic Process Engineer Warehousing are involved in departments such as Inbound, Outbound, Business Support, and Tool Center. You serve as a vital link between operations and management, with communication and stakeholder management being crucial to success. Affinity with going onto the shop floor of the warehouse is a must. You will analyze logistic processes and performance data specific to this high-tech warehouse to identify bottlenecks and opportunities. Your responsibilities will balance between analyzing and optimizing processes, leading your own projects within your domain and bigger initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). To thrive in this role, it should be in your nature to provide structure and planning for yourself and others in this dynamic environment.
As a Logistic Process Engineer Warehousing you are responsible for:
- Supporting cross-sector initiatives as SME of a part of the process
- Leading your own projects for the department you are allocated to
- Analyze current process and identifying bottlenecks and opportunities in the process
- Present results to different levels in the organization
- Propose initiatives and build business cases for future projects
- Performing root cause analyses
- Implement improvements including training and change management
Functie-eisen
As a Logistic Process Engineer Warehousing you will need:
- Bachelor or Master in Industrial engineering, business engineering, business administration, operational management or logistics
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience is a must
- Extensive warehouse and logistics knowledge
- Experience with Lean methods and warehouse management systems like SAP
- Project management experience is a plus and you must be comfortable working on site at least 4 days per week.

- A good salary between € 4,500 and € 5,300 gross per month based on 40 hours.
