Technical Project Manager – Awareness tech stack replacement

We are seeking a seasoned technical project manager to lead one of the most important projects within Advertising. We will be replacing a SAAS solution with a solution that is mainly developed in-house. This high-impact role involves coordinating deliverables across multiple agile teams, aligning business and technology stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of program milestones. The ideal candidate combines strong technical insight with proven leadership capabilities in dynamic, enterprise environments.

The project is already running for quite a while and the high-level plan towards realization has been developed. In the next phase, a strong project milestone planning, including stakeholder alignment, regular updates & problem resolving is needed to be able to deliver on the Q3 deadline.

Responsibilities

End-to-end program and project management
Strategic coordination with stakeholders from business, product & tech.
Engaging senior leadership stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
Alignment of roadmap and timelines across 10+ agile product teams
Managing cross-team dependencies and requirements in close collaboration with engineering and product leadership.

Functie-eisen

5-10+ years of experience in coordinating cross-functional agile teams in enterprise environments
Proven track record in technical software engineering projects
Comfortable diving into technical project details
Proactive and results-driven
Strong communicator - from engineering teams to the boardroom
A natural driver who keeps the project on track in a complex and dynamic environment
Not afraid to bring people together to resolve conflicts and reduce risk on project milestones.
