The Customer Service department serves all customers and prospective customers by handling all complaints for the entire range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. For this position all complaints are handled by e-mail. You are responsible for supporting agents in after-sales service issues, product topics and general company related inquiries.
- Written complaint handling;
- Sending 1st feedback to customers and delegation to dealerships;
- A proactive approach to offer the customer the best possible solution;
- Support colleagues with cases.

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Center is part of the Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service & Parts Division and works closely with other departments and divisions to create the best customer experience.
