Data Discovery and Enrichment Expert

You will act as the vital bridge between complex chemical datasets and advanced AI models. You have a strong knowledge of data quality testing methods. For this position you need to possess the following qualifications/skills:

• You hold a master's or PhD in bioinformatics, chemistry or another relevant field;
• You have a strong academic foundation in chemistry and proven experience working with large-scale chemistry datasets;
• Experience in a laboratory environment is a significant plus;
• You understand the context of the data you are working with;
• You possess a natural curiosity for decoding data;
• You are comfortable working with complex code and pipelines;
• You don't get frustrated by bugs, you enjoy unraveling them to find the 'why';
• Experience with Python and Java is kind of a must;

Your biggest challenge will be mastering pipeline logic. I'm looking for a data detective. You will need to dig deep into how data flows through the systems to identify why and where errors originate. You will decode complex data. Pinpoint logical inconsistencies and design robust solutions that elevate the quality of the scientific content. Furthermore:

• Analyze large-scale chemistry datasets to identify quality issues and discover opportunities to improve data extraction, enrichment and structure;
• Monitor and validate the accuracy of chemistry-related content. When errors occur, you will be the one to dissect the pipeline logic to identify the root cause;
• You will develop automated workflows and testing protocols (using Python or Knime) to validate data integrity and design scalable solutions;
• You partner closely with data science, product and technology teams to enhance data quality;
