R&D Lab Technician

You are an accurate team player with a 'can-do' mentality. You have a sharp eye for safety and procedures, and possess excellent communication skills.
- You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
- You have 2 to 8 years of demonstrable experience with formulation, raw materials, etc
- You are fluent in both written and spoken Englisch
- You are fluent in both wirtten and spoken Dutch
- You have an affinity with the cosmetics industry
As a Formulation Scientist, you will strengthen the technical support team for the EMEA region. Under the guidance of a Senior Scientist, you will support and optimize the formulation process. Your focus will be specifically on the hair care category (such as shampoos, conditioners, gels, and emulsions).
- Formulating new prototypes and screening raw materials
- Monitoring ans testing quality
- Producing and shipping prototypes
- Writing reports and delivering presentations
- Contributing to the daily maintenance of the lab
You will be working at a beautiful research location in Zwijndrecht. You will join an internationally oriented R&D team that focuses entirely on the consumer market. The culture is professional and driven, but there is always room for fun and laughter on the shop floor. Since this is a maternity cover, you can start immediately (for a period of 6 months) and leave your mark on the innovations of tomorrow!
