You don’t need any prior experience to start as a production worker at Johnson & Johnson. What matters most is your drive to gain experience in a production environment. • You can read and follow technical work instructions in English.
• You are available full-time (or 4 days) for the first 3 weeks of onboarding, and 1 to 3 days per week after that.
• You can work in a flexible shift schedule (morning: 06:30–14:45, evening: 14:30–23:00) from Monday to Sunday.
• You are able to perform physical work and travel to Leiden.

Production is booming this summer, and your help is incredibly valuable! Working in the Dipping department right at the start of our production process, you will provide vital support while our regular colleagues enjoy their holidays. In this dynamic role, you will perfectly combine basic hands-on tasks with modern technology. You'll make sure medical prostheses are prepared accurately, processed through automated chemical baths, and registered correctly in our systems.

• Carefully pull medical prostheses over the manufacturing molds.
• Hang the production molds into racks and transfer them into the chemical processing room.
• Control, monitor, and operate the high-tech robot used for the dipping process.
• Maintain flawless administrative and process records according to strict GMP quality guidelines.
• Ensure all physical tasks are handled precisely while keeping close track of the process registration.
