Are you the production worker we are looking for? Then you meet the following requirements:
- You are willing to work in Almelo;
- You are available full-time to work in a 3-shift system;
- You speak Dutch or English;
- You have technical insight;
- You are at least 1.80 meters tall.
As a production worker, you are the linchpin of the operation. You ensure that the oven machinery is operated correctly. Your duties will include:
- Independently setting up, operating, and monitoring the rotational molding ovens.
- Accurately weighing and filling the molds with the correct raw materials (plastic powders).
- Unloading the cooled products from the molds and performing an initial quality control check.
- Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions on the machines.
- Collaborating with your teammates to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.
