Are you an expert in HR data and systems, looking to make a direct impact on the employee lifecycle within a dynamic, international environment? As a HR Data Management Specialist (EMEA) for Nike, you will ensure that all employee lifecycle data across the EMEA region is correct, complete, and compliant.

For this short-term assignment, your near-term focus will be fully dedicated to Data Management. You are a deep data expert who understands upstream and downstream system impacts (such as payroll, mobility, and benefits). You will spend the majority of your time (around 70%) managing and resolving tasks and tickets in Workday and ServiceNow.

You will bring:

  • System savvy: Strong, hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow. Solid knowledge of EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) is required.
  • Data analytical skills: Deep understanding of employee lifecycle data, data dependencies, and downstream system impacts.
  • Problem solver: Ability to dive into complex data issues, conduct thorough research, and bring well-thought-out solutions to the team.
  • Strong communicator: Ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex, technical data information into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptable: Highly flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and deadlines.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Data & ticket management: Own and monitor the EMEA ServiceNow queue and Workday tasks, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Employee lifecycle Events: Execute routine and complex HR data transactions, including new hires, onboarding, Right to Work enforcement, contracts, compensation changes, and terminations.
  • Leave of absence (LOA) Expert: Perform complex leave-related data changes requiring specialized knowledge in HR systems (Workday, PrimeTime, etc.).
  • Audits & compliance: Run production plan audits, identify data gaps, and drive timely resolutions while ensuring local compliance with country-specific legal requirements.
  • Process optimization: Actively look for process and system improvements to drive efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams like Payroll, Benefits, Compensation Operations, and Tier 1 support to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
  • Project support: Support or potentially lead team projects, such as Year-End processes, organizational transformations, or store openings/closings.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
