As a Customer Service Specialist, you will act as the essential link between AI sales agents, partners, and internal teams to ensure every partner receives an exceptional experience while helping shape the future of customer interaction.
- You monitor partner inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp to identify areas for AI improvement;
- You step in as the human in the loop to resolve escalations from the AI sales agent;
- You accurately maintain partner interaction records in the CRM systems for data analysis;
- You provide continuous feedback to the Agent Operations and Data teams to optimize processes;
- You collaborate with internal teams like Sales and Account Management to guarantee a smooth partner journey;
You will be working in a small and new team at a big international food delivery company. Located in the city center of Amsterdam. This role offers a great pathway for development, with the possibility of being taken over into a permanent position.
