As a logistics worker, you are the driving force behind the sorting process. Together with your team, you ensure that packages from major brands are sorted lightning-fast and flawlessly.

• Flexible night worker: You are available for 8-hour night shifts and have no problem starting around 21:45 or 00:30.
• A hands-on worker with a healthy dose of stress resistance: You work independently and keep your cool, even when the pressure in the sorting process builds up.
• Rule- and safety-conscious: You take procedures seriously, which is essential in a high-tech warehouse with camera surveillance.
• Strong communicator: You speak and understand Dutch or English well, allowing you to coordinate smoothly with your team.
• No objection to handling alcohol packages: Since Dynalogic also processes orders for Gall & Gall, you are comfortable handling (closed) boxes of alcohol.

You scan, sort, and process inbound and outbound goods (including white goods, TVs, home & living, bicycles, and alcoholic beverages).

• You scan, sort, and process incoming and outgoing goods (including white goods/appliances, TVs, home & living products, bicycles, and alcoholic beverages).
• You confidently maneuver through the warehouse using an electric pallet jack (EPT).
• You work in a dynamic environment with continuous camera surveillance to ensure a safe workplace.
• You work in a close-knit team of 25 driven colleagues, guided by experienced coordinators who will give you a warm welcome from night one.

Your vitality is our top priority. That is why we schedule shifts according to the guidelines of the Dutch Working Hours Act (ATW), ensuring you can maintain a perfect work-life balance. By law, after a block of a maximum of 6 weeks of full-time night shifts, you must work during the day or evening for the remainder of the 16-week period to compensate. This night shift period is followed by a built-in recovery period, allowing your biological clock to reset.

• A fixed night allowance of 20% on top of your salary, which means a gross hourly wage of €17.99!
• Working in a brand-new distribution center (26,000 m²) in Bleiswijk.
• A structured and digital onboarding program (Jump Start), so you know exactly what to expect.
• Safety shoes and a high-visibility vest will be provided by Randstad.
• A travel allowance of up to €8.20 net per day (for a commuting distance of 21 to 25 km).
