As a customer service representative, you will be the reliable heart of our customer service, handling everything from daily questions to complex puzzles for global cliënts. You are a proactive and disciplined professional who thrives in a multicultural environment and stays calm under pressure to reach every goal.

  • Minimum Required Experience: 3+ years of Operations experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English.
