Managementassistent ASML

We are looking for a management assistant for ASML in Veldhoven. This is a temporary assignment covering maternity leave. Interested? Read on quickly for more details.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

• Vocational education with relevant experience or Secondary vocational education / bachelor level.
• Advanced communication skills. Fluent in both spoken and written English, Dutch is nice to have.
• Intermediate knowledge of the connection / impact of relevant processes for stakeholders.
• Complex international calendar management experience, good knowledge of the office 365 package and facilitate hybrid meetings and events.

In this role, you support multiple stakeholders. Because they travel a lot, travel management is an important task for you. You coordinate, initiate and request travel timely, including flights, hotels, transportation and visa while having end-to-end process responsibility. You have frequent alignment with stakeholders and local contacts (internal and external) to arrange travel agenda. When doing so, you assist aligns with travel offices, other parties and you take costs and operational efficiency into consideration.
In addition, you are involved with:

• Calendar and Email management
• Communications
• Hospitality, Facility & Logistics
• Meeting Management
• IT Support Coordination
• Stakeholder partnering & advisory

At ASML they invent, develop and manufacture world-leading high tech lithography machines for their chip making customers. These tailor-made machines can image billions of structures in a few seconds with an accuracy of a few silicon atoms. Their headquarters are located in the heart of the Eindhoven region, also known as ‘Brainport’, Europe’s top tech hub.

You work in a team of about 8 management assistants. There is a pleasant atmosphere.
