Managementassistent ASML

We are looking for a junior management assistant for ASML in Veldhoven. This is a temporary assignment for six months. Interested? Read on quickly for more details.

Have you worked at ASML before? Then that is a plus.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

• Vocational education with relevant experience or Secondary vocational education / bachelor level.
• Basic communication skills. Fluent in both spoken and written English, Dutch is nice to have
• Basic knowledge of the connection / impact of relevant processes for stakeholders and has experience in training other team members.
• Experience in a dynamic or international environment and/or working for multiple stakeholders would be preferred.
•  Complex international calendar management experience, good knowledge of the office 365 package and facilitate hybrid meetings and events.

In this role, you support 3 to 4 stakeholders. Your main task is calender- and emailmanagement: plan meetings in agenda of (senior) managers, book rooms & facilitate and track meeting attendances in a more complex internal stakeholder field. In addition, you are involved with:

• Travel and Expense Management
• Hospitality, Facility & Logistics
• Meeting Management
• Stakeholder partnering & advisory

At ASML they invent, develop and manufacture world-leading high tech lithography machines for their chip making customers. These tailor-made machines can image billions of structures in a few seconds with an accuracy of a few silicon atoms. Their headquarters are located in the heart of the Eindhoven region, also known as ‘Brainport’, Europe’s top tech hub.

You work in a team of about 9 management assistants. There is a pleasant atmosphere with a lot of dynamics. You need to be able to deal with that.
