Warehouse Employee - Heavy Departments

Decathlon’s brand-new Tilburg warehouse is looking for motivated, full-time employees to join their sporty team! Working in two shifts, you’ll stay active in physically demanding departments using modern technology. We are seeking dynamic team players who are comfortable with heavy lifting and operating machinery. If you are energetic and ready for a physical challenge, this is the perfect job for you.

We are looking for motivated team players to join Decathlon! As a sports-focused company, we value responsibility and a passion for staying active. You will be working in physically demanding departments where high energy is essential to keep up with the pace. Decathlon is the right place for you if ...

• You are available for 5 days in 2 shifts from Monday to Sunday (7.30 - 15.30 / 15.30 - 23.30);
• You are willing to work a three-shift rotation (23:00–07:00) during the busy winter and summer periods;
• You are available to work weekends;
• You speak and understand English well;
• You have a passion for sports and enjoy physical work.

In this warehouse, you will work in the manual section where your energy and teamwork make the difference. Depending on your profile, you will be assigned to one of the following departments:

• Bulky: This department is for products too large or heavy for the automated system, like weight benches and dumbbells. You will be responsible for restocking, order picking, and preparing shipments using an EPT. It is a physically demanding role that
• Bay: This is the shipping and expedition area where all goods arrive and depart. The work is very active, as you are constantly stacking boxes and moving pallets to keep the warehouse moving.
