• Practical experience as a Production Operator or in process technology is preferred.
• Technical skills and a strong focus on high-quality production standards.
• A reliable and proactive attitude to ensure that all tasks are finished on time.
• Fluency in English is a must; no knowledge of the Dutch language is necessary.
• Full availability for a 2-shift schedule and excellent punctuality.

Grids are vital metal plates inside X-ray machines. They ensure that medical images are clear and sharp. As a Production Operator, you become a key part of our specialized Grids team. You operate different machines in a structured, high-tech environment. The work is physically active and involves a variety of manual tasks.

• Loading materials like lead strips and glue into the production machines.
• Setting up machines and keeping a close watch on the whole process.
• Measuring the finished grids and performing strict quality checks.
• Executing manual tasks while standing at the production line.

Philips Healthcare in Best develops and produces advanced systems for hospitals and medical specialists worldwide. As a Production Operator, you will join the Grids department. Here, we produce parts for X-Ray machines. These parts capture X-ray scatter to ensure high-quality, sharp images. You will work in a professional production environment with a team of about 14 colleagues.

• You will work in a 2-shift system (06:00 – 14:30 and 14:15 – 22:45). In the future, this may change to a 5-shift roster. Flexible working hours are not available. You will work on-site at the facility.
