In the role of The KYC and Compliance Manager, you are the key player in managing financial risks. You often start your work week by screening new global banking relationships. You will implement a brand-new, standardized KYC approach and ensure all documentation is handled with precision.
Throughout the day, you interact frequently with senior stakeholders. You advise them on compliance aspects of complex transactions and strategic projects. You proactively monitor adherence to laws and regulations and report on these via the Treasury Management Report. Additionally, you ensure all Treasury contracts are centrally registered and up to date. In short: you are the mentor who keeps the organization sharp and safeguards policy compliance.
Functie-eisen
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, or (corporate) law;
- You have over 5 years of experience in compliance or finance within an international organization;
- You bring knowledge of treasury products and financial flows;
- You have a good knowledge of the English language.

Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you quickly grasp complex matters and translate legislation into practical solutions. You work accurately, take initiative, and possess the project management skills to truly get improvements off the ground.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary between € 5000,-, and € 6000,- gross per month based on 40 hours
- A contract with a startdate in april 2026 for 3 months, 36 hours per week, with a change for an extension
- A monthly individual choice budget (IKB) of 8.76% of your salary that you can use flexibly
- 25 vacation days; 5 days can be included in the IKB budget
- A good travel allowance; an NS-Business card or € 0.23 cents per km
- A sabbatical scheme; up to 12 months every three years
