As Senior Project Planner, you are the connecting force for ambitious project execution. You are the owner of the planning tools and facilitate cross-functional sessions to align workload and resource needs. Your expertise ensures that project managers are supported with high-quality schedule reviews, validations, and path analyses.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating and improving the execution resource planning process.
- Administering KeyedIn, including dashboards, reporting, and onboarding team members.
- Analyzing reports to identify workload peaks or resource shortages, providing strategic advice to management.
- Acting as first-line support for planning processes and tools.
- Performing critical path analyses to highlight risks or bottlenecks to project stakeholders.
- Working closely with Proposal Planning to improve baseline templates based on execution feedback.

You are a result-oriented expert with a proactive mindset. To be successful in this role, you bring the following:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning within an EPC environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (mpp files).
- Expert knowledge of project management and planning methodologies, advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI are considered a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English
