We are looking for a proactive procurement administrator who takes ownership and is not satisfied until every detail is perfect. You are a strong communicator who switches effortlessly between different departments. In this role precision is key, you stay calm under pressure, even when the pace picks up. - HBO-level degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or Economics or relevant work experience.
- You bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an operational or logistics environment.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- You have experience with ERP systems and are an expert in Microsoft Excel.
- You are results-oriented and have a strong sense of quality and urgency.
As a Procurement Administrator, you are the driver when it comes to our inventory flows. You are responsible for the procurement and administration of instruments and implants used in hospitals across the Netherlands. Through smart planning and close collaboration with Sales and Customer Service, you ensure the right sets are available at the right time. You analyze stock levels and optimize processes to continuously improve the service we provide to our customers.
- Manage the complete administration for loan and consignment stocks of medical devices.
- Translate market demand into accurate forecasts and place timely purchase orders.
- Analyze and optimize working capital across various inventory locations nationwide.
- Ensure all processes comply with strict quality guidelines and EU MDR regulations.
- Report on performance metrics to provide insight into departmental efficiency.
- Resolve critical backorders in close coordination with the warehouse and internal stakeholders.
