Bol is looking to expand their capacity to proactively check promising (Chinese) international sellers with strong potential. To accelerate our international expansion, they need to proactively vet and pre-onboard sellers to ensure a smooth onboarding. The candidate is required to speak Mandarin and English.

You are the key link between finding international opportunities and a smooth start for new sellers. With your business mindset, you quickly see which Chinese sellers have potential, while always keeping quality in mind. You are very organized and handle all the prep work perfectly so the official process goes without any problems. You stay calm in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to change.

Assess whether a seller is a good fit for bol.com, based on clear guidelines and requirements. You will be responsible for all the preperation work.
- Analyze sellers current activity and performance on other marketplaces;
- Verify sellers active status on bol.com;
- Check if their brand or products are already listed;
- Determine if items are sold directly by the brand or via third-party sellers;
- Cross-check our CRM for any previous contact with the brand;
- Seller Pre‑Onboarding checks;
- Make sure the seller knows what to expect during bol.com onboarding.
You will join a team consisting of 3 International Partnership Managers and 1 Team Lead. In practice, you will work most closely with one of the Partnership Managers, who will act as your main point of contact and provide ongoing support throughout their tasks and responsibilities. The International Partnership Team is part of the International Partners & Integrator department, which focuses on attracting new international sellers to bol.
