HR data specialist

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a HR data specialist to support its Global Business Solutions & Technology functions during a critical phase of separation from Unilever. This role is fundamental to establishing a standalone company, focusing on accelerating hiring, seamless onboarding, and ensuring operational and tactical excellence for new team members. We are looking for a driven and adaptable HR professional with a strong understanding of HR processes and Dutch employment law. You are a collaborative individual eager to make a substantial impact. Beyond your professional capabilities, you possess:

• Strong working knowledge of HR processes, systems & technology
• Experience in employee relations and case management
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch employment law
• High drive and a desire to make a real difference
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with and through people
• Passion for HR, people, and business
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in English is a must and Fluency in Dutch is a strong pre

As an Assistant HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR agenda for the Global Business Solutions and Technology departments. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding to offboarding, while ensuring organizational design and position management are accurately maintained. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice on HR policies, managing employee relations issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive HR initiatives forward. You will also support strategic priorities through project management and data analysis, ensuring all HR activities align with the company's establishment goals.
