Customer Relationship Manager

Are you a customer-focused superstar looking to join a dynamic international team? Based in Alphen aan den Rijn, this role is all about building and maintaining strong customer relationships. We are looking for a full-time customer service representative. You will start through Randstad, but will be able to sign a contract with the company in approximately 7 months.

You have:

• excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Other European languages are a plus!;
• ERP software proficiency;
• a positive and professional attitude;
• you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment;
• outstanding phone etiquette and attention to detail;
• self-motivation and strong time management skills.

You are a relationship builder, who know how to create superior service quality.

• You will be the go-to person for all things customer service – from quotes and order entry to contract review and account management;
• function as the liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely delivery;
• you’ll build lasting relationships, understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for growth;
• Collaborate together with various departments to achieve business objectives.
