As an assembly worker, you must meet the following requirements:
- You are willing to work in Staphorst
- You are available fulltime
- You are available within 1 week
- You are at least 18 years old
- You speak Dutch or English
- You have experience or affinity with tinkering / assembly
- You have your own car
- You are available in 2 shifts
You will work as a production worker in the assembly department. Here you assemble towbars according to a work instruction.
You stand at your own workstation and pick up the parts for the tow bar one by one. Fortunately, you don't have to do everything by heart. You work with a system called pick-by-light. A light will go on for each part that is in turn. This way you will always put the tow bar together the right way!
Besides the workstation you can also stand at the assembly line. Here you assemble towbars together with your colleagues, as a team.
Because you want to deliver good work, it is important that you have an eye for quality. You check the towbars for quality and are very precise.
These are heavy parts and the work can be physically demanding on your back and shoulders. Be well aware of this.
Brink designs, manufactures and sells tow bars and accessories for passenger cars. It is a leading company. The products are supplied to car manufacturers, dealers and car parts wholesalers.
Brink offers you the opportunity for a permanent contract. Brink works with a fixed schedule. One week you work full-time in the morning shift and the other week in the evening shift. You work in a fixed team consisting of a nice group of men and women of different ages.
You will work in a fun team that works 2 shifts together every week. Your working hours are from 06:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 0:00 on Monday to Thursday. On Fridays you will work from 06:00 to 13:30 and 13:30 to 21:00.
