As a Logistics Process Engineer at ASML (5L Warehouse), you will play a central role in optimizing high-tech logistics operations and driving structural improvements across key operational departments, including Inbound, Outbound, Business Support, and the Tool Center. Operating directly within a dynamic warehouse environment, you will act as the vital bridge between daily shop-floor operations and management.

In this role, you will balance data-driven process analysis with hands-on project execution. You will analyze warehouse metrics to identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analyses, propose business cases, and lead cross-sector improvement initiatives. From designing new workflows to guiding change management and training warehouse personnel, your focus will be on building scalable, efficient, and reliable logistics processes.

Functie-eisen

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics, Operational Management, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or supply chain optimization within a physical warehouse or logistics environment.
Systems & Methods: Proven experience with Lean methodology and hands-on familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SAP modules (e.g., SAP WMS/EWM).
Work Environment: Willingness to work on-site at least 4 days a week, spend active time on the warehouse shop floor, and periodically work in a cleanroom environment (wearing full cleanroom suit).
Certifications: Ability to obtain Dutch security clearances (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag - VOG, and Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar - VGB).
