You will bring:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant financial work experience. Experience within Construction or Facilities Management is a plus.
- IT Skills: excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office. Experience with Smartsheet is an advantage.
- Competencies: strong ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-moving environment; a true team player with strong communication skills.
- Languages: excellent command of written and spoken English.
In this position, you will work closely with teams such as Construction, Facilities Management, Finance, and external vendors. You will provide clear financial insights and reports that support effective decision-making across the EMEA region.
- Budget management & reporting: manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets for Store Development and Facilities Management (including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking).
- Administration & procurement: create purchase orders (POs) and administer payments for construction, maintenance, and operational activities.
- Invoice & vendor control: review vendor proposals and invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaboration: partner closely with Real Estate, Construction, Facilities Management, and Finance to provide a consolidated financial overview.
- Process improvement: identify opportunities to optimize cost reporting, financial controls, and procurement processes.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
