Warehouse employee day shifts

Here, your workday doesn't start until 10:30 AM. No early alarms, but all the stability of a full-time workweek within a friendly and close-knit team.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that high-tech products from well-known brands (such as Cisco and Wahoo) are shipped out quickly and efficiently.

To keep the warehouse running, it is important that you, as a warehouse employee, meet the following requirements:

• You are 18 years or older
• You speak English or Dutch
• You are available from Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 19:00
• You are available for 40 hours per week
• You are willing to work in Moerdijk
• You have your own transport
• You are able to walk and stand for the entire shift

At Base Logistics, the work is incredibly diverse because we manage the supply chain for dozens of different top-tier companies. Your tasks will include:

• Order picking and packing: You will process orders ranging from compact headphones to larger equipment like air conditioning units.
• Quality control: You will check incoming goods (Inbound) or test electronics to ensure they work properly.
• Choosing your spot together: During a personal guided tour, we will look at which department (Inbound, Shipping, or Testing) fits you best. We will match the physical demands of the role to what you find comfortable.

While Base Logistics is an internationally operating company, the warehouse floor in Moerdijk feels like a warm family business. We work in a relatively small, tight-knit team where everyone knows each other. Mutual support and a great working atmosphere are our absolute top priorities.

• One-on-one onboarding
• Possibility of a permanent contract
• You'll receive € 15.00 per hour
• Work only during the day and have weekends off
