As a Lab Technician AVA-Mycoplasma you are someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You thrive in a structured environment where procedures and safety are the standard. With your disciplined mindset, you ensure that every task is completed accurately and according to plan. You also bring the following:

  • You have completed a MLO or HLO or equivalent laboratory education;
  • You enjoy performing routine tests in the lab;
  • You take initiative and work with high precision, enjoying the balance between teamwork and independent tasks;
  • You are proficient in both written and spoken English.

As a Lab Technician AVA-Mycoplasma, the primary focus is supporting routine Quality Control testing within the AVA-Mycoplasma laboratory at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This laboratory performs a variety of assays and tests that are essential for product safety and release. This department operates within a highly disciplined QC environment characterized by standardized workflows and predictable daily routines. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform lab tests including PCR, Cell Culture, BioFire, and Virus/Mycoplasma assays;
  • Follow GMP Guidelines strictly to ensure safety and quality;
  • Maintain precise documentation;
  • Review test data;
  • Collaborate with fellow colleague's, analysts and supervisors.
