At Randstad Multilingual we offer a variety of jobs for you: our multilingual candidates. Most commonly, employers who work with us look for employees who speak fluent English in combination with German, French, Spanish, Italian or a nordic language. On a less regular basis, we have positions for English-only speakers, or other European bilingual talents.

We offer a variety of client facing roles, such as customer service representatives, account support specialists, inside sales representatives, account managers or administrative roles.  We also occasionally offer vacancies in HR, finance, or marketing.

When you find a position that matches your ambitions, take a good look at the requirements. You think you are the right match? Then apply with your English CV and short motivation. 

You have replied to a vacancy on our website or have sent us an open application. Apart from a reply within 2 working days, what can you expect from us?

  • A (short) phone interview. 
  • A video call  to get to know you, discuss your experience, your motivation, your job search so far, and the details of the vacancy you have applied for. 
  • A reference check, which we do through our online reference tool.
  • If everything fits, we introduce you to our client. 

The following steps vary depending on the procedure of our client and the level of the position you are applying for (entry- medior- senior). Procedures may include more than one interview.
