In this role, you will become part of our Industrial Automation Team and report directly to the Automation Manager at our production facility in Zoetermeer.

As an IA Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and implementing application changes across the process automation systems within our manufacturing environment.

You thrive on working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues from Danone Global, Digital Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, IT, Production, Engineering, as well as external partners like system integrators.

You will maintain and improve the process control systems and related equipment vital to our production. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lifecycle Management: Keeping our process control system and its corresponding documentation up to date.
• System Availability: Ensuring maximum availability of the process automation system.
• Standards & Compliance: Managing and supervising the correct application of IA and IT standards.
• Process Optimization: Advising on, documenting, and organizing the implementation of process optimizations in accordance with the Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Project Support: Actively supporting CAPEX projects during the definition, execution, and commissioning phases (FAT/SAT).
• Vendor Management: Directing and guiding suppliers and partners of automation solutions.
• Data Integrity: Ensuring the storage and reporting of process data for quality systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyzing and following up on issues that have been resolved by the breakdown/maintenance service.

Functie-eisen

You will be successful if you have:

• At least five years of demonstrable experience within Supplier Quality Management or Quality Engineering.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a highly regulated industry, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or aerospace.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and the Medical Device Regulation (MDR).
• At least a bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.

Om deze baan goed uit te kunnen voeren, voldoe je als Service Technicus - regio Zoetermeer aan de volgende eisen:

• je hebt een MBO diploma, bijvoorbeeld richting elektrotechniek of mechatronica
• je beschikt over ervaring met elektrotechnische werkzaamheden en het oplossen van storingen
• je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs
• je spreekt Nederlands
• je wil 32-40 uur per week werken

In deze functie rijd je met een eigen servicebus naar klanten in de regio Den Haag en Zoetermeer. Als een klantvriendelijke en oplossingsgerichte technicus ben jij het visitekaartje van het bedrijf en zorg je voor een vakkundige afhandeling van elke opdracht. Met jouw goede basiskennis op elektrotechnisch gebied en het lezen en interpreteren van elektrotechnische schema's zorg jij dat de klus geklaard wordt. Je bent zelfstandig aan het werk en met jouw flexibiliteit zorg je voor een goede werkdag. Jouw werkweek kun je ook flexibel indelen en de benodigde materialen worden 's nachts direct in jouw bus geleverd.

To keep production running, it is important that you, as a production employee, meet the following requirements:

• You are 18 years or older
• You have experience working as a production worker

• You are available full-time for 5 shifts: (06:30-14:30), (14:30-22:30), (22:30-06:30)
• You are physically able to lift bags up to 25 kilos
• You have no allergies

In the role of production employee at Nutricia in Zoetermeer, you are responsible for filling the mixing plants. This means that you manually lift 25-kilogram bags to the machines daily – so good physical condition is important. Because dust is released during the work, you wear a face mask for your own safety. You work on a flexible 5-shift schedule: 6 active days followed by 4 days off.

• You work according to a (flexible) 5-shift system

• You regularly lift 25-kilo bags and place them in a large mixing bin

Nutricia is known worldwide for the production of liquid medical nutrition and baby food. As a production employee, you are responsible for processing the raw materials used in these products, which find their way to more than 55 countries.
