As a Communications Project Leader at ASML, you take the wheel in shaping the future of global tech communications. In this unique 'landing job' (duration of approximately 2 years), you bring your solid project management or coordination experience - such as Project Lead (PL), Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master (SM) or PMO - to the table.
Over the next two years, you will manage multidisciplinary projects within the Strategy, Insights & Operations (SIO) team, while actively transitioning into a dedicated content communications role. This is your chance to step out of your comfort zone, follow a formal training program and evolve into a communications expert in change management, tech comms, or media relations.
- Take ownership of multidisciplinary communication projects (typically 3 to 6 months) and lead sub-projects in support of the Strategic Communications teams.
- Manage project plans, deploy resources (generally 1 to 3 FTE), and ensure project governance, delivering visible results independently after a three-month onboarding period.
- Drive continuous improvement and change projects concerning Strategy, Insights, Operations, and Governance to further the maturity of the communications function.
- Navigate stakeholder management expertly, building strong relationships with regional colleagues, internal customers, and external suppliers.
- Commit to a tailored development path, dedicating yourself to transitioning from a coordination expert into a full-fledged communications professional

- A gross monthly salary between €5,500 and €6,000 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- A fixed-term contract.

ASML is a Dutch high-tech company and one of the leading suppliers of machinery for the semiconductor industry—specifically steppers and scanners used in the manufacturing of microchips. Its customers are predominantly chip manufacturers. ASML's headquarters and corporate complex are located in Veldhoven, where both research and development (R&D) and cleanroom assembly take place. The company also operates sixty service points across fourteen countries to support the installation and delivery of machines and spare parts.
ASML originated from a joint venture between ASM International and Royal Philips. While ASML operates worldwide, the majority of its customers are located in Asia.
