• Coordinating complete event logistics, from venue bookings to AV setups and transportation.
• Maintaining precise planning schedules, operational task lists, and run-of-show documents.
• Supporting on-site execution to deliver seamless experiences and quick problem resolution.
• Preparing briefing materials, scripts, and stakeholder alignment documentation.
• Aligning all event activities with ASML brand guidelines and corporate safety standards.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or have a demonstrated equivalent level of working and thinking.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• You have gained relevant experience in event coordination, event administration, or project support.
