Purpose

Ensure coordinated, structured, and transparent business progression across all Cargo domains during the DMTC migration, enabling predictable execution, consistent communication, and alignment with IT, TCS, architects, and business stakeholders.

Mission

Act as the central orchestrator for all business‑side migration activities across MG04, MG06, MG08 and future move groups; structure communication, ensure proper preparation for UAT cycles, and manage dependencies and freeze periods.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate business inputs for all DLK/DWH/DataViz migrations.
Maintain synchronized planning (UAT sequencing, freeze calendars, cross‑domain availability).
Drive business alignment across Cargo teams to avoid inconsistent or contradictory messages.
Own business contributions to SteerCo, governance rituals, and executive reporting.
Anticipate and manage blockers caused by missing TCS updates, cross‑domain dependencies, or incomplete architectural guidance.
Ensure UAT readiness: SME availability, communication of instructions, management of multi‑cycle validation.
Maintain clear channels with program leadership to escalate risks (TCS delays, replication constraints, testing bottlenecks).
Support migration activities with knowledge of similar data migration programs, with preference for experience on GCP environments.

Required Skills

Strong program and stakeholder management.
Deep knowledge of data/BI lifecycle.
Experience with large cross‑domain data programs.
Ability to simplify technical content for business consumption.
Proven ability to maintain alignment under ambiguity.
Experience with data migration programs, preferably including GCP‑based migrations.

Success Criteria

Reliable business sign‑offs for migration waves.
Predictable, sequenced UAT cycles.
Clear and consistent Cargo-wide communication.
Mitigated cross‑team blockers and improved planning accuracy.

Bedrijfsinformatie

The migration to GCP is a complex project with many dependencies and stakeholders across Cargo and IT. It is important that the candidate is not too technical, has experience in stakeholder management and understands the importance of and how to support business alignment.
