As a Manufacturing Controller at ASML, you partner closely with the finance organization. You build timely, forward-looking financial plans and provide advice that enables top-level decision-making. You focus on optimizing performance management and streamlining complex financial processes.
What you do as a Manufacturing Controller at ASML:
- Identify, monitor, and translate financial risks and opportunities into concrete actions for OPEX and CAPEX.
- Initiate and execute continuous process improvements together with subject matter experts.
- Elevate the quality of financial planning information, tooling, and reporting.
- Collaborate with and challenge multidisciplinary teams to secure high-quality standards.
- Dive deep into SAP and reporting logic to resolve bottlenecks and improve processes.
Functie-eisen
You are successful as a Manufacturing Controller at ASML with:
- A Master’s degree in Business Economics (preferably supplemented with an RC, RA, CPA, or ACCA qualification).
- At least 8 years of proven work experience in a finance environment.
- Hands-on experience with management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in planning applications like SAP (BW, SAC, BI).
- Demonstrable work experience within an international, complex public group.
