For our client's DAF - a major manufacturer of trucks, active in the international transport sector - we are looking for a Process Engineer | Automotive to work at the Engine Integration Development department.
Within the PACCAR Global Engines organization, the Engine Integration Development department (with primary focus on certification) is responsible for concept simulation and testing, system integration and certification.
At PACCAR Global Engines in Eindhoven, you drive the development of next-generation engine and aftertreatment technologies. As a Process Engineer|Automotive, you optimize processes to ensure seamless compliance with future global emission standards. Furthermore, you will:
- Standardize and continuously improve department processes and work instructions to increase quality and reduce lead time
- Create and maintain process documentation and test standards together with the technical experts
- Follow-up on Product Creation Process (PCP) responsibilities and requirement traceability
- Maintain high level of planning for technical deliverables across various engine projects.
- Facilitate and moderate documentation reviews

Requirements
To successfully perform this role, you have:
- Master’s degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of work experience in developing engine and aftertreatment systems
- Proven track record in creating and maintaining technical procedures for engineering projects
- Lean, DMAIC, or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
