Are you ready to elevate innovation performance at Philips as an Innovation Project Manager? In this part-time role (60%), you drive a CFO-sponsored transformation program, strengthening program management, stakeholder engagement, and clear communications across the organization.
As Strategic Project Manager for Project Elevate, you help maximize Innovation Return on Investment. As the program expands across Philips, you secure governance and accelerate implementation across various Business Units.
In this role, you focus on:
• Managing program governance, planning, risks, and KPI dashboards for executive leadership and the CFO.
• Facilitating sprint reviews, progress tracking, and alignment with fast-cycle Tiger Teams.
• Creating strategic communications, including newsletters, leadership updates, and impact stories.
• Managing the Elevate SharePoint site, Viva Engage community, and knowledge documentation.
• Supporting change management and driving adoption across Innovation & Design, Finance, and Business Units.
Functie-eisen
You are successful when:
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Change Management, Engineering, or Innovation Management.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Change Management, Communications, or Consulting.
• You have experience supporting complex cross-functional programs within a corporate environment.
• You have proven hands-on experience creating program governance, planning tools, and KPI reports.

Salary and Allowances
• 4500-6500 Euro monthly salary aligned with your knowledge and experience.
• 8% holiday allowance.
• Irregularity allowance, overtime pay, and allowances for shifted hours in accordance with applicable regulations.
Holidays and Leave
• 25 holiday days based on a full-time employment contract (40 hours per week).
• Possibility to take special leave for personal events.

Travel and Expense Allowance
