We are looking for a reliable operator with a great work mentality. You bring solid experience in production or process technology and have a true passion for working with machines. Maintaining high quality comes naturally to you. As a proactive team player you take full ownership of your tasks. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

• You are full-time available
• You are available to work in 5 shifts
• You have a good command of the English language
• You have experience in production or process technology
• You are physically fit to safely deal with heavy materials with ease

At the DMLS department, you will work with 3D printing technology. We print high-quality metal components for MRI and X-ray systems using tungsten powder. As an operator, you are in charge of the whole process. You will manage the production from start to finish.

• You follow four specific process steps to print the components.
• You measure and monitor the quality of the products.
• You act proactively if challenges arise.
• You document all administrative tasks accurately.
• You ensure products are packed carefully after inspection.

You will be working at Philips Healthcare in Best. This site develops, produces, and sells systems for medical applications. You will be assigned a mentor who will guide you during your first two months. As an operator, you are a vital part of our success. You help deliver life-saving medical systems to hospitals worldwide.

Because this is a high-volume environment, you work in a team of 2 to 3 people per shift. You plan your work to ensure every product moves one step further in the process. The work can be physically demanding due to the weight of the tungsten powder.
